The “Owlie Socks” is a cuff-down sock that features a cute Owl motif and is worked from charts. It’s a great project if you would like to practice your cabling skills, as well as using twisted stitches and beads.

Materials

1 skein of The March Hare Fingering Superwash Merino Semi-Solid

  • 455 yards (416 meters)
  • 100 grams (3.53 ounces)
  • 75% Merino, 25% Nylon (Polyamide)

US #2 – 2.75 mm
US #1½ – 2.5 mm

Gauge

28 stitches and 42 rows = 4 inches in stockinette
